Control Panels For Twin Screw P.V.C. Pipe Plant
We offer Controls for wide range of pipe plants for flexible and rigid pipes. Our panels are designed for advanced features like Multi track haul-off, independent AC servo motor and drive for optimum pulling force , multi drive extrusion system and Touch Screen based control. Applications include irrigation pipe, PVC/HDPE Pipes for drainage, conduit /ducting , plumbing pipe , industrial pipe, casing pipe and much more.
- Cabinet with PLC : Available in Touch Screen version with full customization possibility and recipes management.
- Multi Drive Extruders : The machines are driven by standard 3-phase asynchronous motors which are powered by a single variable frequency converter.Synchronization of 4 motors to ensure high energy efficiency
- Control for VFD : Main Extruder, Lubrication Motor Blower, Timer Doser,Extra Doser
- Synchronization & Interlocks : Programmed Synchronization & interlocks between VFDs
- Indication : Melt pressure &Temperature Indication
